Your order ships from our US warehouses in Nevada and Florida. Nothing is posted from Australia.
How long it takes
2-3 business days
Florida, Nevada, California and Texas - the states closest to our warehouses.
5-6 business days
Everywhere else in the US.
These are our current estimates and we expect them to improve as we add warehouse capacity.
The details
Tracking
You get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it goes quiet, email us and we will chase the courier for you.
Authority to leave
Orders ship with authority to leave by default, so the courier can leave it somewhere safe rather than making you wait in.
If you have nowhere safe, tell us before it ships.
Wrong address
Redirecting a parcel after dispatch usually costs a courier fee. If the mistake was ours, we cover it.
Lost or damaged
If it arrives damaged, we repair or replace it at our cost. If it is lost in transit, you get a replacement or a refund.
