How long it takes

Depending on where you are. The closer you are to our warehouse in Nevada, the sooner it lands. Pre-orders start shipping from around November 3, and shipping on the Grassifier® is free.

Express shipping is available at checkout. Pick it there and you'll see the cost and delivery time before you pay.
The details
Tracking
You get a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it goes quiet, email us and we will chase the courier for you.
Authority to leave
Orders ship with authority to leave by default, so the courier can leave it somewhere safe rather than making you wait in.
If you have nowhere safe, tell us before it ships.
Wrong address
Redirecting a parcel after dispatch usually costs a courier fee. If the mistake was ours, we cover it.
Lost, stolen or damaged in transit
Add shipping protection at checkout and you're covered - report it and you'll get a replacement or a refund.
Arrived faulty? We repair or replace it at our cost either way.
