I've never felt such joy seeing my dog Hugo do a poo. Is he clever? Is the Grassifier the best invention ever? I say both are true. Hugo took to his little grass patch on the balcony of our unit like he was born to it. This is an absolute game changer. We’ve even made a little Hugo garden area around it. For bonus laughs I crack myself up telling my husband I'm out to mow the lawn, scissors in hand. Apparently this is only funny once.
We have been loving the grassifier for our 4 year old Dalmatian. We just moved into an apartment. This has been a lifesaver. Dog gets her two walks a day, and doesn't need constant wee wee trips outside.
Do recommend using the drip tray and emptying once a day. The mess was too much without it, even having it placed over two drains.
Hoping the grass lasts us a while. It's been a week and looking ok so far. I wonder if I'll be able to give another review with an update in a couple months time!
I'm definitely very happy. Would prefer to clean a drip tray everyday than take her out 8+ times a day to sniff and wee.
Really happy .. came quick and was so easy to set up.. my 2 cavoodles love it.. so cost effective compared to getting fortnighly deliveries.. highly recommend!!

Archie is using the Grass Potty as a potty and a play zone 🤷🏼♀️ Either way it works perfectly. I wish I’d bought the grass guard though. He has snuffled out a corner. May do that.

Love the puppy potty, its the perfect size for our pooch and has minimised his accidents around the house. The removable tray allows the grass to never be stinky and I quiet enjoy watering the grass as we dont have much of a garden. The only thing I would say is don't worry about the water meter just go with how the grass looks as if you water the grass according to what the ph should be the tray will completely overflow.

Just a quick note on the moisture meter - it definitely shouldn’t require enough watering to cause the tray to overflow. The meter is designed to measure the moisture in the soil/turf, so the probe needs to be inserted well into the soil around the grass roots to get an accurate reading.
If you’re using it this way and the reading still seems incorrect, please reach out to us - it may be a faulty meter and we’d be more than happy to replace it for you. 💚

Puppy still toilet training but I can’t wait he uses it consistently
I’ve been very persistent trying to get my Groodle to use the Grassifier, following the training recommendations and giving him plenty of time, but he simply will not use it.
For us, the marketing claims around dogs naturally taking to real grass were unfortunately just not true. It was a very expensive purchase for what ultimately feels like a large plastic box that we can’t use. Definitely something I wish I’d known before buying.

We note that you’ve only had your Grassifier for approximately three weeks, and after checking our records, we’re unable to find any correspondence from you seeking assistance with training or getting your dog accustomed to the product.
While the overwhelming majority of dogs do take naturally to real grass, every dog is different and unfortunately we can’t guarantee that every individual dog will use it immediately. Some dogs require more time, particularly when changing an established toileting routine, which is why our team is always available to provide individual training assistance and troubleshoot any issues.
We’d genuinely encourage you to reach out to our team before giving up on it — we’d be more than happy to work through this with you and give your Groodle the best chance of success.
We live in an apartment so the Puppy potty is on our balcony.
We have tried synthetic grass before but this is sooo much better.She goes to the grass as soon as we let her out.Fantastic product our 13w old puppy loves it.
I love the product. Our dog is still learning to use it but I love how you can grow the grass and his pee goes in the tray and easy to clean.
I absolutely love this creation. I have a massive back yard and front yard but I want my puppy to have an allocated area just for him that I can clean easily and not have a stinky yard. I love it so much.

Works well. Our Italian Greyhound took to it straight away and we are still working on the whippet.
Our little dog, Daisy, easily adapted to using the Grassifer which we have installed on the balcony of our apartment. She is 13 and has spent her life on an acreage until our move to an apartment. We have spent the past two years taking her out every time she needed to toilet but it was becoming obvious that she needed to go out more and more often as she is getting older. The Grassifer has solved this problem and she now takes herself outside frequently in between the couple of long walks each day. Daisy has proven that you actually CAN teach an old dog new tricks. A great product and the grass cutting knife is also a must.
Brilliant! Great design. Have had it for over a week so can't attest to my grass keeping skills yet. Love the drain tray, and the wheels. Only feedback would be to have an option thats slightly larger. It's just big enough for my medium size greyhound, wouldn't mind an extra 15-20cm in length though.
We are still getting used to it but just trying to prepare the boys for our move to an apartment. Very quickly delivered and easy to set up.
Good product but expensive shipping.
For our apartment, this is hands down the best solution yet to give our two fussy Toy Cavoodles a toilet option when the weather doesn't permit a walk. No smell, just water it and give it sunshine on the balcony, easy. Early days but I am extremely optimistic that this is our long term solution.
