Great idea, despite my puppies not using it.....yet. I love the idea that its fresh grass without needing a subscription and has a drainage system to prevent it smelling. The inclusion of wheels to easily move it around the room is great. What would make me give this 5 stars?? Having a purpose built ramp specifically for the Grassifier that small dogs can use to actually access it. Having this as an optional extra for those that have small dogs (or dachshunds with back issues) would be a game changer. Trying to buy one online is difficult as most are too steep or don't quite fit the right height.
Very fast delivery and easy to set up.
Very pleased with our purchase. Product is really well constructed and a breeze to put together. We followed the instructions and after a week started clipping the turf. Puppy knows 'where to go' and in inclement weather just unlock the wheels and roll it under cover. Highly recommended.
Best thing for toilet training in an appartment

We have an aged sheltie who will no longer walk down the back stairs and can not hold on as long as she did so the real grass on the deck will be ideal. We are still encouraging her to use it but are hopeful it will work for her.
Super easy setup and assembly - fantastic that Bunnings turf fits at about $8 and lasts about a month! It took a couple of days for our 4 year old pup to get used to it, but now it’s smooth sailing and it’s brilliant! Have recommended to so many people! Would LOVE if it had the option for a nameplate though.
Delivered in a timely manner and easy to set up. I positioned it inside (lounge room) so I don’t have go far during the night for potty breaks. Our 8 week puppy has taken to it straight away which is a relief as we are apartment-living. The unit is quite heavy when set up, so the wheels are a good idea if you do want to move it around. Customer service (reply emails to my questions) were prompt and personalised which I appreciated. Also, the guides on the website give some great tips. A great Aussie company, well done!
I was worried Skye would not use this. But after a few days she started using it. So easy to take care of it too.
I held of buying anything like this for the prize point.....and stuck with the fake grasses. But it is so worth it i wish i changed over to the Real Grass Potty sooner. My puppy has no accidents inside anymore now he has his little grass patch on the balcony.
No trouble setting up the toilet, although the turf we bought from Flower Power was almost double the size needed (Bunnings had sold out). The pugs started using it straight away with no hesitation: they seemed to know what it was for. It's a bit hard emptying the tray as we are watering the grass a lot to get it growing well, but we are very happy with it.
Hi Catherine, thank you so much for your lovely review - so pleased the pugs have started using it straight away! A helpful tip with the tray; always empty it before it reaches the max fill line, and having a small bucket next to the potty makes it easy to empty into rather than trying to carry the tray any long distances :-) Also be careful not to water too much, we know it is tempting but over-watering can cause the opposite effect. The grassier has been very useful. Have had our 9 week old puppy 1 week and he is happy to go out on our deck and wee on the grassifier. It has been a lifesaver as we don’t have to carry him up and down the stairs frequently to access our back yard.
This product has made my new move into an apartment so much easier for me and my dog, Winnie!
The overflow tray collects all the excess/drained liquid, the patch of grass is easy to source and much more affordable than other brands that were offering a fortnightly delivery service. By maintaining the grass - watering it regularly, keeping it out of direct sunlight, my first patch thrived and lasted approximately 10 weeks!
It doesn't smell, clean to clean and change and we couldn't be more happy to have this for Winnie to use for her midnight toilet breaks!
I purchased the Grassifier for my two dogs as we live in an apartment and I wanted a real grass option for the balcony.
Both of my dogs were interested in it straight away. Overall, I’m really happy with it and think it’s a great idea for anyone living in an apartment with dogs.
What a great solution when moving from a backyard to a balcony! It took a few days for my little pack to get used to the idea but they are now using the Real Grass Puppy Potty. The product arrived quickly as promised and set-up was easy. The only limitation was finding the square metre piece of turf at any of our 3 local Bunnings stores. They only get it delivered once a week and it sells out quickly.
Such a wonderful & perfect solution to weekly turf changeovers !!! Grass is now lasting longer... growing well and without any odours. Convenience at its best

Honestly, I have no regrets about buying the Real Grass Potty Potty! I’d recommend it to anyone living in an apartment. It’s the perfect size, does the job, and the tray underneath makes watering easy. It’s low maintenance, too. We even added a PVC pipe because our little boy prefers to pee against something, haha!
My old dog took started using it within 24 hours.
Well built but dogs dislike it.
Have tried it with four dogs and none will use it. Will keep trying but at least the cat can lie on it

I’m so happy with the Real Grass Potty. I was a bit on the fence about purchasing it but now I’m so glad I did. Buckley loves it and my balcony stays clean and no nasty odours. So easy to assemble. Highly recommend!
The Grassifier is perfect! My 5 month old Cavoodle puppy took to it straight away and even my cats love it. I think I'll have to buy another one so everyone can have one!
