This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through www.realgrasspuppypotty.com.

For Australian orders, products are supplied by Camitch Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Real Grass Puppy Potty (RGPP).

For United States orders, products are supplied by Camitch Incorporated trading as Real Grass Puppy Potty.

Authority to Leave – Australia

Unless otherwise stated, Australian orders are shipped with Authority to Leave ("ATL") by default.

This means the courier may leave your order in a location it considers reasonably safe if nobody is available to accept delivery.

If you do not have a suitable safe place for your order to be left, please contact us at contact@realgrasspuppypotty.com before your order is dispatched.

If the courier cannot safely leave the order, you may be required to collect it from a depot or arrange redelivery.

Additional redelivery charges may apply.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to update the address.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed.

If an address correction or redirection is requested after dispatch, any additional courier/carrier, redirection, shipping, or handling charges may be passed on to you.

If the address error was caused by us, we will cover the reasonable cost of correcting it.

Failed Delivery / Return to Sender

If your order is returned to us because:

• an incorrect or incomplete address was provided;

• delivery was refused;

• the courier or carrier could not access the delivery location;

• you failed to collect the order within the required timeframe; or

• delivery otherwise failed due to circumstances attributable to you,

you may be responsible for the resulting:

• return-to-sender charges;

• redelivery charges;

• additional shipping charges; and

• reasonable handling costs.

If you would like the order shipped again, any applicable redelivery charge may need to be paid before redispatch.

If you instead choose not to have the order resent, your refund will be handled in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable change-of-mind return policy.

Lost Shipments

If you believe your order has been lost, please contact us at:

We will investigate the shipment with the relevant courier or carrier.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

• sending a replacement at no additional charge; or

• issuing a refund.

This does not apply where the delivery failure resulted from an incorrect address, failure to collect the shipment, customer-requested redirection, or another circumstance attributable to the customer, subject to applicable consumer law.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

• your order number;

• photographs of the damaged product;

• photographs of the packaging; and

• photographs of the shipping label where possible.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.

Turf and Sod

Turf in Australia and sod in the United States are not included with your Real Grass Puppy Potty product unless expressly stated otherwise.

Turf/sod is generally purchased separately and locally by the customer.

Availability, pricing, size, and grass varieties are determined by independent third-party suppliers and may change without notice.
